Introduction to mixed alcoholic drinks made of rum

Enjoy this great pirate drink flavoured with other ingredients.

Classical grog

Classical grog

1/3 of rum
1/3 of water
sugar
1 thin slice of lemon

In warm glass spill in rum and add lemon. Wash down with hot water in which you meltdown the sugar first. It's finished.

Dutch punch

Dutch punch (for one glass)

0,1 dl lemon juice (fresh)
0,4 dl white rum
2 spoons sugar

Put all in one glass and wash down with 0,8 dl boiled water. Mix and serve.

 

Hoppelpopel

4 yellow of eggs
¼ l cream
sugar
1/8 l rum
freshly grated nutmeg

On steam beat up yellow of eggs until you get bubbly beverage. Mix in rum and nutmeg.

Milk grog with tea

1,5 dl tea
½ dl milk
2 spoons sugar
1 yellow of an egg
1 little glass of rum

Cook tea with no sugar. Beat up yellow of an egg with sugar. Little by little add hot milk and hot tea. Heat the beverage continually mixing, but don't let to come to a boil. Spill in rum. Then spill in warm glass.
