Tips for flambee mixed alcoholic drinks

Calories in flambee drinks

If you take a look at flambee drink recipes, you'll notice a lot of ingredients. Each one contains alcoholic drink which is rich in calories. Hell tea (for 8 glasses)

½ l strong Indian tea
2-3 spoons sugar + 4 sugar cubes
0,8 dl orange liqueur
4 thin slices of lemon
0,4 dl rum

On bottom of well warmed glasses put thin slice of lemon. Spill in warm liqueur and then add hot sweet tea. In 4 spoons heat sugar cubes and soak with warm rum. Put on fire, when flames turn off, soak into tea.

Flamed coffee

2 dl cooked sweet coffee
some cinnamon
2 spoons of wine brandy
2 spoons powdered sugar

Cook coffee with some cinnamon. Spill in warm cups. Over flame well heat mixture of sugar and wine brandy. Spill in coffee and put on fire so the whole surface is on fire.

Flamed cooked wine (for 4-6 persons)

2 lemons
3 grapefruits
2 l black wine
1 piece cinnamon quill
4 cloves
2 spoons sugar
6-7 sugar cubes
3 dl rum

  1. Warm up wine with cloves, cinnamon and sugar on low temperature.

  2. Remove from cooking stove before it come to a boil and add lemon and grapefruits juice.

  3. Reheat it and place on burning heater, which is on desk. Warm up rum.

  4. In deep thin pot or big spoon that is over beverage place hot sugar and then spill wit rum that is burning.
